4. Third parties we use

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including our website host (Cloudflare) and our customer-relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel / GoHighLevel). These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business and legal needs, typically up to two years for unconverted inquiries and longer for active or past client relationships and records we are required to retain.

9. SMS / text messaging program

If you provide your phone number and consent, Tesi Design may send you text messages related to your inquiry, your consultation, and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. California residents

Tesi Design is based in North Carolina and does not currently target California residents. If you are a California resident and interact with us, you may still request access to or deletion of your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
