The short version
We only collect what you hand us, your name, email, phone if you give it, and the project details you share, and we use it to reply, schedule your consultation, and send what you asked for. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to see or delete it any time, and you can opt out of texts and emails whenever you like.
1. What we collect
What you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number if you choose to share it, and whatever you tell us about your project. We may also collect basic technical data on its own, such as your IP address, your browser, and the pages you viewed. That comes from cookies and similar tools.
2. How we collect it
Three ways. Straight from you, when you send a form, ask for our guide, email us or text us. On its own, as you browse this site. And now and then from the service providers who help us run the site and our messages.
3. How we use it
To answer you and book your consultation. To send the guide or the information you asked for. To send the odd update, but only if you opted in. We also use it to run and improve the site, to stop fraud and abuse, and to meet the law.
4. Third parties we use
We share it only with the firms who handle it for us. Those are our web host, Cloudflare, and our contact and messaging platform, HighLevel, and each one is bound to use your data only to serve us. We do not sell it. We never hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site may use basic cookies and analytics, so we can see how it is used and make it better. You can limit or switch off cookies in your browser settings. Where the law requires it, we honor Do Not Track and other opt-out signals your browser sends.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our business and legal duties. For an inquiry that does not become a project, that is usually up to two years. For current and past clients we keep it longer, and longer again for records the law says we must hold.
7. How we protect it
We take sensible steps to guard your information, both in our systems and in our office. No way of sending or storing data is perfectly safe. So we cannot promise you total security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link. To stop texts, reply STOP. To make any request, email virginia@tesidesign.com.
9. SMS / text messaging program
Give us your phone number and say yes to texts, and Tesi Design may text you about your inquiry, your consultation and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Think a child has sent us something? Contact us and we will delete it.
11. California residents
Tesi Design is based in North Carolina. We do not aim our marketing at California. If you live in California and deal with us anyway, you can still ask to see or delete your personal information. We will not treat you worse for asking. Email us to make a request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
