The short version
Use the site fairly. The words and images here are ours. Anything you read is general information, not a quote, and your project is governed by the agreement you sign with us rather than by this page.

1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we do
Tesi Design plans and remodels kitchens in the Charlotte area, and we take on other interior work too. This site explains what we do. It also lets you ask for a consultation.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use this site or to ask us for services.

4. Consultations and fees
Design work runs under a separate written agreement or proposal. The first visit is free and puts neither side under any obligation. Fees, payment schedules and any deposit are confirmed in writing. Your signed agreement governs them, not this website.

5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.

6. Intellectual property
The photography, designs and text on this site belong to Tesi Design, or to the people who licensed them to us. Do not copy or reuse any of it. Ask us in writing first.

7. Your submissions
Send us a review, a photo or a message and you give Tesi Design permission to use it to provide and promote our work. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not. Please do not send us anything you have no right to share.

8. Third-party links
This site may link to other sites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for what they contain or how they behave.

9. Informational content, no guarantee
Guides, cost ranges and timelines on this site are educational and general. None of them is a quote, an estimate, or a promise about cost, schedule or result. Every project is scoped on its own.

10. Disclaimers
The site and everything on it come as-is and as-available. As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, stated or implied.

11. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Tesi Design is not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from your use of this site. Our total liability is capped. It cannot exceed what you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification
You agree to cover Tesi Design against claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

13. Termination
We may suspend or close the site, or your access to it, at any time.

14. Governing law and venue
North Carolina law governs these terms. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to settle it informally. If that fails, the courts named above will handle it.

We may update these terms now and then. The current version is always posted here with a new date.
