Use the site fairly, the words and images here are ours, anything on the site is general information rather than a quote, and your actual project is governed by the agreement you sign with us, not by this page.

    By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  2. 2. What we do

    Tesi Design provides kitchen design and remodeling, and related interior design services, in the Charlotte, NC area. This website provides general information about those services and a way to request a consultation.

  3. 3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or to request services.

  4. 4. Consultations and fees

    Design services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal. The initial consultation visit is provided at no charge and creates no obligation on either side. Design and project fees, payment schedules, and any deposits are confirmed in writing and are governed by your signed agreement, not by this website.

  5. 5. Acceptable use

    You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

  6. 6. Intellectual property

    The photography, designs, text, and other content on this site are the property of Tesi Design or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

  7. 7. Your submissions

    If you send us reviews, photos, messages, or other content, you grant Tesi Design permission to use that content to provide and promote our services, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

  8. 8. Third-party links

    This site may link to third-party sites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

  9. 9. Informational content, no guarantee

    Guides, cost ranges, timelines, and other information on this site are educational and general. They are not a quote, an estimate, or a guarantee of cost, schedule, or result. Every project is scoped individually.

  10. 10. Disclaimers

    The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  11. 11. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesi Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

  12. 12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Tesi Design harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

  13. 13. Termination

    We may suspend or discontinue the site, or your access to it, at any time.

  14. 14. Governing law and venue
